Fix clang compilation error introduced in r1380.

Fixes:
  .../linux_dumper.cc:308:25: error: address of array 'module->name' will always evaluate to 'true' [-Werror,-Wpointer-bool-conversion]
                module->name && module->name[0] == '/' &&
                ~~~~~~~~^~~~
