Mac: stop using NXArchInfo as a vocabulary type
It's deprecated in macOS 13/iOS 16, so this is an incremental step towards using newly introduced APIs for those OSes. Since the description field is no longer available in the new mach-o/util.h API, stop using it, especially since architecture name is sufficiently informative.
